2026 Remodel Committee Recommendations

On 080226 the Board unanimously voted to accept the Remodel Committees Recommendation to spend $157,000 ($175,000 total including overruns) to remodel the Church and restore it to it's original Glory by replacing the carpet, painting the sanctuary and vestibule and refurbishing or replacing the pews to reflect their original state with padding on the seats and backs. The board called for a congregational meeting at 1135am on 082326 to receive the Congregations guidance on picking colors for the carpet, pews coverings and wall paint as well as deciding to refurbish the current pews or spend $12,000 more and replace the pews. All recommendations of the Committee will be presented including ideas to replace the folding doors leading into the sanctuary with pocket doors as well as replacing the three sets of doors entering the church.  Pictures of the proposals are below.
